I have worked with women that I consider amazingly beautiful. Not one of them ever impacted my ability to work. It’s not that I don’t recognize their beauty. It’s not that I did not from time to time admire their beauty. It’s that I understand they are people. And as such I interact with them as people not as “hot girls”. Then accomplishing the task at hand is easy.
